Duties:

  • Serve as the lead in criminal defense litigation, providing strategic direction and oversight.
  • Utilize extensive experience as a federal prosecutor to effectively navigate complex legal matters.
  • Direct and manage legal teams involved in criminal defense cases.
  • Develop and implement defense strategies for clients facing federal charges.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support defense efforts.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.

  • Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in criminal law.

 

Requirements:

  • Current or former federal prosecutor.
  • Former or current Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA).

 

Education:

Juris Doctorate Degree.

 

Certifications:

Bar admission in New York.
