Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cases independently.

Job Duties:

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality deliverables, promptly respond to correspondence, and manage client expectations.
• Meet deadlines consistently and perform duties as required with accuracy and efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all firm policies and practices, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Engage in various activities, including computer work, digital/virtual, and occasional physical meetings.
• Undertake additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Proficient in drafting litigation documents such as motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.
• Experience appearing in state and federal courts, with a strong preference for handling multi-district litigation.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including persuasive communication.
• Effective research and problem-solving capabilities, with conceptual thinking skills.
• Proven ability to influence others and strong project management skills.
• JD degree and admission to the Minnesota Bar.
