A law firm seeks a talented mid- to senior-level associate to join its Project & Energy Finance team, specializing in financing energy transition and digital infrastructure projects. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on international projects in energy transition and data center development.

Duties

• Manage and support the legal aspects of financing transactions, particularly within the energy transition and digital infrastructure sectors.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation, and other related legal instruments.
• Coordinate complex project closings, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute innovative financing deals.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service and technical expertise.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project finance experience, focusing on energy transition or digital infrastructure.
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating loan and security documents.
• Strong experience coordinating complex project closings and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a valuable team player.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
