Job Overview:

  • Handle corporate, commercial transactions, and outsourcing matters.
  • Proficient at complex legal drafting and familiar with the pace of sophisticated law firm work.
  • Experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
  • Duties:
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on outsourcing arrangements and technology transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve transactional objectives.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate and commercial transactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate, commercial transactions, or outsourcing.
