A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated mid-level Litigation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and a desire to represent clients in court. While experience in healthcare or energy-related litigation is preferred, it is not a requirement. Duties

  • Represent clients in various litigation matters, from case initiation through resolution.

  • Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and cases are progressing smoothly.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated ability to handle cases from start to finish.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal issues clearly.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • A proven desire to participate in court proceedings and manage cases independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to solving legal challenges and advancing cases.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
