A law firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking an Infrastructure Associate Attorney with a background in construction law, project finance law, and public contracting/procurement law. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of legal experience and excellent credentials from a top law school.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and support on infrastructure projects, including construction, project finance, and public contracting/procurement matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and policies impacting infrastructure development and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in infrastructure projects to address legal issues and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in risk assessment, mitigation, and management for infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in meetings, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes on behalf of clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, legislative developments, and case law affecting infrastructure projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from a top law school.
  • 2-6 years of legal experience in construction law, project finance law, and public contracting/procurement law.
  • Professional or academic background in engineering, construction, or project finance is preferred.
  • Admission to the Bar in Colorado.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
