Job Title: Transactional Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced transactional attorney to join its Lake Worth, FL team. The ideal candidate will handle commercial, corporate, and real estate matters, primarily on commercial and corporate transactions. This role requires expertise in drafting and negotiating documents related to corporate issues, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. The attorney will provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters while guiding clients toward best practices.

Duties:

  • Handle various commercial, corporate, and real estate matters.
  • Focus on commercial and corporate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate documents relating to general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on corporate governance, policies, procedures, finances, intellectual property, operations, and regulatory issues.
  • Guide clients towards best practices in corporate law regulation compliance.
  • Analyze legal risks and rights of various company structures.
  • Make recommendations for corporation, joint venture, limited partnership, and limited liability company options.

Requirements:

  • Must have a portable book business.
  • License to practice law in Florida by the Florida Bar Association.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
