Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Glendale office of our client seeks a plaintiff personal injury trial attorney with 5+ years of hands-on experience in personal injury litigation. The candidate will handle all discovery, trial preparation, mediation, and trial. Will conduct motor vehicle, premises, and medical malpractice litigation and trials. Will also oversee an associate and an experienced paralegal. Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and performing all other litigation case management duties. Must have substantial personal injury litigation experience including law and motion, arbitration, mediation, expert deposition, and trial. Trial experience is required. Must be able to manage a caseload of 60-80 litigation files throughout all stages of litigation and trial preparation. Spanish language fluency is a plus.

The candidate must have strong management skills, research, and writing skills. Must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, write well and advocate aggressively, and have a sincere interest in litigation.
