Duties

  • Conduct bench and jury trials with confidence, presenting cases clearly and persuasively.
  • Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely completion of legal tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to strategize and prepare cases.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with California civil litigation practices, rules, and procedures.
  • Experience or interest in landlord-tenant law is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
