Duties

• Manage and oversee pre-litigation personal injury cases

• Provide legal counsel and strategic planning for clients

• Supervise junior attorneys and legal support staff

• Negotiate settlements and draft legal documentation

• Collaborate with legal team to ensure high-quality representation

• Maintain timely and effective communication with clients

• Coordinate case strategies and foster teamwork within the department

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law

• At least 3 years of total legal experience preferred

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members

• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
