• Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate and land use.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations.
• Attend and participate in meetings, hearings, and negotiations as needed.

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina Bar License.
• Experience in Real Estate, Community Associations, Zoning & Regulatory matters, and related legal areas.
• Proven track record of handling real estate transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent in legal and correspondence drafting.
• Proficiency in essential Office Suite software.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active SC Bar License.
