This position involves working closely with clients to manage estates, guide them through the probate process, and provide counsel on various estate-related issues. Duties:

• Assist clients in navigating the probate and estate administration process, ensuring proper asset distribution.
• Guide clients through the preparation and filing of judicial documents for probate proceedings.
• Provide counsel on estate-related tax issues, creditor claims, and adherence to legal deadlines.
• Review and prepare estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Develop and structure estate plans addressing tax strategies, asset protection, and wealth transfer concerns.
• Advise clients on succession planning and generational wealth transfers.
• Represent clients in probate litigation, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary claims.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration.
• Draft and review trust agreements, beneficiary designations, and asset transfer documents.
• Prepare legal correspondence, petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in probate law, estate administration, and estate planning.
• Experience in handling probate litigation matters.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada (or ability to waive into the Nevada Bar).

Skills:

• Proficiency in probate and estate administration.
