Duties

• Represent high-growth companies and their founding teams throughout their lifecycle, from business formation to fundraising and exits.

• Work directly with clients on venture capital financing and startup-related matters.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, advising clients on legal risks and solutions.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience at a top-tier national law firm.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
