Duties:

• Handle cases and investigations about Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare arguments for litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.
• Stellar academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:
