Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases, ensuring their rights are protected.
• Handle all aspects of personal injury claims from intake to resolution, including negotiations, motions, and court appearances.
• Provide empathetic and effective representation while delivering outstanding results for clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts to move cases forward.
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including paralegals and administrative staff, to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in personal injury litigation (Plaintiff or Defense preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
