This role involves preparing title opinions for oil and gas development in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of relevant title examination experience and demonstrate exceptional writing skills.

Duties:

• Prepare detailed title opinions for oil and gas projects in North Dakota, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough title examinations and research to support clients’ oil and gas development initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic legal advice tailored to specific business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends affecting the oil and gas sector.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years of North Dakota oil and gas title examination experience.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex legal issues and providing clear guidance.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with the ability to promptly obtain admission in North Dakota.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:
