• Advise clients on legal rights, strategies, and potential outcomes related to business and employment disputes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of legal precedents and case law developments in business and employment litigation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business and/or employment litigation.
• Proven experience in managing all phases of litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail and organization.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills:

• Business litigation expertise, including contract disputes, intellectual property, and commercial law.
• Employment law experience, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage disputes.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Strong courtroom and deposition experience.
