Duties:

• Manage all aspects of Workers' Compensation Defense cases, including intake, investigation, and preparation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements in a manner that aligns with the client's best interests.
