The successful candidate will handle cases from intake to trial, working closely with a skilled team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Duties:

• Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates.
• Take and defend depositions in personal injury cases.
• Research legal issues, draft pleadings, and motions.
• Lead mediation and negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, including taking cases to trial.
• Manage cases from start to settlement or verdict.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Proven success in first-chair jury trials.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Proficient in drafting and responding to motions.
• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.

Certifications:

• Texas Bar admission is required.
• Additional certifications related to personal injury law are a plus.
