Healthcare Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in healthcare-related administrative proceedings and litigation.
• Handle discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Interface with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct legal research and provide detailed written analyses.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in litigation, particularly healthcare-related matters, is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage discovery, depositions, and pleadings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest and/or experience in healthcare-related administrative, licensing, and regulatory matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the relevant state bar.
