• Represent clients in court, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on various legal projects.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Handle a caseload independently while managing competing priorities.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of legal research and writing.
• Comfortability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in trial preparation and court representation.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:

• Expertise in civil litigation, including research and legal drafting.
