Job Overview:

A prestigious law firm based in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience in litigation. Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from case initiation to trial.
• Handle matters involving general liability, professional liability, and employment claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and briefs.
• Develop and implement case strategies while counseling clients on legal matters.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case preparation and strategy.

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license (required).
• A minimum of 10+ years of litigation experience.
• Prior experience in casualty, construction defect, professional liability, labor and employment, medical malpractice, or general liability litigation is a plus.
• Previous experience in an insurance defense litigation firm is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Lexis software for legal research.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.
