Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to provide counsel to businesses and individuals across various practice areas, including family law, land use, probate, and criminal law. Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters across multiple practice areas, including family law, land use, probate, and criminal law.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Advise clients on legal rights, strategies, and case developments.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate in court proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with the community on legal matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Experience handling significant family law matters.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and the community.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the state bar.

Skills:

• Strong litigation and trial advocacy skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
