Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, business professionals, and external parties verbally and in writing.

• Foster and maintain positive professional relationships within the team and with clients.
• Participate in meetings and virtual conferences as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience representing lenders in commercial finance matters.
• Experience with banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences, or middle-market companies is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
