Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
