Senior Business Immigration Attorney

Job Overview: A well-regarded business immigration law firm is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its team in Miami, FL. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of business immigration matters, leading a team, and working closely with clients throughout the entire case lifecycle. Location:

• Miami, FL

Duties:

• Manage a varied caseload of business immigration matters, including O-1, L-1, H-1B, H-2B, EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, E-2, and PERM.
• Draft legal briefs, support letters, RFE/NOID responses, and other legal memoranda for complex immigration cases.
• Litigate immigration-related delay and APA actions in federal court.
• Collaborate with and help lead a team of attorneys and legal support staff.
• Work closely with clients from initial consultation through case completion, ensuring excellent service and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of U.S. immigration law experience, with a primary focus on business immigration.
• Exceptional legal writing skills.
• High-level expertise in at least 1-2 immigration case types, such as PERM, H-2B, extraordinary ability, or NIW.
• Experience in managing and coaching legal teams.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
