The candidate will have the opportunity to have a diverse practice, handling commercial litigation and intellectual property matters at one of the most highly regarded Delaware firms. Must be admitted to the Delaware Bar. Must have experience taking and defending depositions.

The candidate should have the strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests, responses, motions, and briefs.
