Associate Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a detail-oriented and dynamic Associate Litigation Attorney to join its Civil Litigation team in Raleigh, NC. Duties

• Assist in managing civil litigation cases from start to finish, including case preparation, research, and drafting legal documents.
• Participate in client consultations and communicate case strategies, keeping clients informed at key stages.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys on case development and legal strategy.
• Manage a caseload while adhering to deadlines and maintaining organized case files.
• Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid North Carolina Bar License in good standing.
