  • Draft pleadings, motions, and pre-trial briefings with precision and clarity.
  • Argue evidentiary motions, including claim construction and dispositive motions, in court.
  • Prepare and draft appeal briefs for cases requiring further review.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a track record of handling patent, trademark, and related cases across all stages of litigation.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in managing pre-filing investigations, discovery processes, and appellate work.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities; excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in Wisconsin or eligibility for admission.

Certifications

  • Membership in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar or admission to practice in another jurisdiction with eligibility for Wisconsin admission.
