Duties

  • Manage case files and formulate strategies for the next steps in litigation.
  • Represent the firm in pre-trials, trials, mediations, and other court appearances.
  • Create persuasive communication materials to support legal arguments.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to uncover facts and determine causes of action.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience; experience in Creditors’ Rights or Collections preferred.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in Ohio.
