The General Liability Attorney will handle various legal activities related to general liability cases, including medical records analysis, drafting reports and motions, attending court appearances, and conducting depositions. They should possess strong analytical skills and be admitted to practice in the State of Nevada.

Duties:

• Analyze medical records
• Draft initial, interim, and pre-trial reports
• Handle trials and appellate activity
• Draft discovery requests and responses
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions
• Attend court appearances regularly
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses
• Draft motions for summary judgment
• Handle cases related to General Liability, Auto, and professional lines including Medical Malpractice, Assisted Living/Long Term Care

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
• 1-7 years of relevant experience

Education:

Law degree from an accredited institution
