Duties

  • Offer tailored legal guidance and support to injured clients.

  • Strategize solutions for resolving cases favorably and ethically.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents, including dispositions, pleadings, and agreements, with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Stay informed about current laws, statutes, and legal regulations affecting client cases.
  • Assist clients in executing legal agreements and resolving disputes.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in client interactions and prioritize excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to navigate pre-litigation processes and offer ethical legal solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, and procedures.
  • Adaptability and comfort in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the state bar (required).
