Staff Immigration Attorney

Towson office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks staff immigration attorney with 1+ years of experience. The candidate will meet with clients, advise them on eligibility for relief under immigration laws, prepare applications for filing with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Immigration Court, and represent clients before the various government agencies. Knowledge of immigration law and immigration court procedures is preferred. Business immigration experience, including L, H, B, and E visas, I-140s, PERMs, etc. Legal experience doing immigration bond hearings or removal defense work is a plus. Spanish fluency is required. Must possess strong writing skills, excellent communication, proper client interviewing skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
