The role involves working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients on matters related to closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

 

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of legal matters including closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide counsel to clients on ongoing legal matters in these areas.
  • Draft, negotiate, and interpret transactional agreements and documents.
  • Convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar in the near future.
  • 5-15 years of experience in corporate securities law, with a focus on closing big transactions, private offerings, finance or bond finance, commercial finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Extensive legal and business knowledge with innovative research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to client service excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
