The candidate will have an opportunity to develop a varied and interesting practice in preparing and prosecuting patent applications on a range of commercially significant technologies for large- and medium-sized clients from diverse industries including semiconductors, computer-related technologies, telecommunications, consumer electronics, digital image processing, and robotics. Should have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering. Eligibility to practice before the U.S. Patent Office and familiarity with U.S. patent practice including demonstrated experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications is a plus.
