Real Estate Attorney

Binghamton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will have substantial client contact as well as interaction with the department's attorneys. Should preferably have experience with residential and commercial real estate (purchase and sale transactions as well as lender representation). Must be admitted to practice in New York or able to waive into the NYS Bar.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication, computer (including Microsoft Word and Excel), problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills. Must also be highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
