Duties

  • Document Drafting: Draft, review, and revise various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and governing documents for associations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.

  • Ability to handle direct client communication and manage cases effectively.
