Duties:

  • Provide strategic legal guidance in high-profile, industry-changing cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and refine appellate strategies.
  • Participate in oral arguments and other critical litigation proceedings.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, providing support across multiple legal teams.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding legal research and writing skills.
  • Previous experience as a judicial clerk, ideally at a federal or state appellate court.
  • Strong academic background, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence.
  • Highly proactive, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
