Of Counsel Attorney

La Palma office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks of counsel attorney with 3-5 years of general business litigation experience. The candidate will prepare for and attend all trials or other legal proceedings as required. Draft, revise and review corporate, business, and other relevant documents. Perform thorough investigation of complaints. Assessing legal risk and potential damages and proposing recommendations to the client. Traveling to and attending mediation, deposition, and any additional hearing will be required on a regular basis. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar is required.

The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, written and oral, with an ability to scrutinize the complexities of legal issues to create comprehensive analyses. Must have a strong ability to organize and prioritize deadlines in a challenging work environment. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain and update all files despite simultaneously working with a wide range of clients.
