Duties

• Handle civil litigation cases primarily in construction and business litigation.

• Advise clients on case strategies and legal matters, maintaining clear communication.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with mediation, arbitration, or trial practice is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• Must reside in Lancaster County or be willing to relocate immediately.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
