Securities Associate/Of Counsel - Investment Funds Group

A law firm seeks a skilled securities attorney with over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This position focuses on commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will contribute to impactful legal projects within a collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Represent a variety of public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, in diverse transactions.
• Manage complex transactions related to acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing for commercial real estate.
• Provide legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and analyze essential legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Offer strategic insights based on strong business judgment and legal expertise.
• Successfully oversee multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
