Duties

  • Assist clients with land use, zoning, and real estate transactions, offering strategic legal advice and solutions.
  • Research and analyze local zoning regulations, ordinances, and applicable laws for real estate projects.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, including zoning applications, land use permits, and leases.
  • Represent clients in hearings, meetings, and negotiations with local municipalities, boards, and commissions.
  • Provide legal support for developers, property owners, and investors regarding land development projects.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and real estate projects, contributing to case strategy and resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and advising on potential legal challenges.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on zoning and land use matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to legal tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.
  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
