The Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support in mergers and acquisitions matters. Duties:

  • Lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Manage the deal process and client relationships effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates.
  • Handle day-to-day demands on various mergers and acquisitions matters.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong mergers and acquisitions skills, including drafting and negotiation expertise.
  • Ability to manage internal and external client relationships.
  • Experience in a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Any relevant certifications in corporate law or mergers and acquisitions are advantageous.
