A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its civil and business litigation practice in West Palm Beach, FL. Duties:

• Draft and prepare motions with supporting memoranda of law and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Attend hearings and represent clients in various legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and litigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and procedural requirements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on drafting.
• Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw and other legal research tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and related software.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
