Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to gaming industry clients in various litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis about gaming laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Requirements:
