• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding litigation risks and solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
