Duties

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure cases are managed effectively.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain organized and accurate case documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience or completion of a judicial clerkship.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
