  • Draft legal documents such as correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, and affidavits
  • Perform legal research to support client cases
  • Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the State Bar of California
  • Experience in immigration law
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong writing and communication skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
