The ideal candidate will handle a range of employment-based immigration cases, including non-immigrant and immigrant visa issues for corporate and business clients. This role requires in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and the ability to manage complex legal matters.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on immigration laws and corporate-related immigration issues.
  • Manage employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN visas, and PERM labor certifications.
  • Analyze and evaluate key immigration legal issues and prepare necessary petitions.
  • Draft complex case materials such as support letters, audit responses, and appeals.
  • Organize, prioritize, and schedule immigration cases based on priority dates.
  • Handle cases from inception to completion within the stipulated time frame.
  • Review and approve legal documents and filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex legal immigration issues as they arise.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience practicing as an immigration attorney.
  • Significant experience in handling employment-based immigration matters.
  • Ability to manage and organize legal staff and case workloads efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in any U.S. state.
