A law firm seeks a highly skilled attorney with experience in civil litigation to join its team. This role involves representing clients in debt collection cases within a high-volume, multistate practice. Duties:

• Lead a litigation team handling debt collection cases.
• Manage high-volume cases across multiple states.
• Represent clients in state litigation matters.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervise staff.

• Ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively within set timelines.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state.
• Experience in civil litigation, particularly in state courts.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Supervisory experience, with a focus on team management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active state bar membership (any state).
